You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified
Please take the photo for your delivery luggage and then send the photo to operator (operator's contact will show up in the voucher)
The person who books and receives the luggage must present a valid photo ID/passport

Taoyuan Airport
Opening hours: Daily 9:00am-9:00pm
Terminal 1: In front of Immigration counter on 1st Floor, Departure Hall which is next to No. 12 check-in counter (counter view)
Terminal 2: In front of Immigration counter on 3rd Floor, Departure Hall which is next to No. 15 check-in counter (counter view)
Songshan Airport
Operating hours: Daily 9:00am-9:00pm

You can pick up your luggage from an electronic locker: Go out from MTR Songshan Airport Station Exit 2 and turn right at Door D. Go straight to the end, you will see the lockers on the left hand side (map) We will send your locker number and password via email or SMS message
Hotel
To pick up your luggage, please present your voucher and valid photo ID/passport to the hotel receptionist.
Please note that you must drop off your luggage before 12:00pm at the hotel/airport counter and we will make sure that your luggage will be at the airport after 4:00pm or at hotel after 6:00pm.
What to Expect
Save yourself the hassle of dragging your bags between the airport and your Taipei hotel with this hassle-free express luggage service. Simply book online before 6:00pm one day prior to the date you wish to use the service and drop off your luggage to the airport staff or your hotel reception before 12:00pm on the selected date, and get guaranteed delivery to the airport by 4:00pm or your hotel by 6:00pm.

If you're just arriving in Taipei, drop your luggage at Taoyuan or Songshan airport and spend the rest of the day exploring or head straight to that important meeting bags-free. When you get to your hotel, show your voucher to the reception staff and your bags will be waiting for you.

The service works the opposite way too, just leave your bags at your hotel reception before noon and they'll be safely delivered to the airport by 4:00pm for you to pick up before your flight.
